#MESH01 Code Blitz Winners

Back in June we announced the MESH01 Code Blitz, that was to run for 30 days and include all MESH01 aka Wear Test challenges. Fresh off the heals of our May Code Blitz, that highlighted our record breaking numbers of open software development challenges and money up for grabs.

The MESH01 Code Blitz was a little different however, offering even more bonus prizes. There were 4 overall winners, who the top two received a 50% bonus of their earnings, two more who received 25% bonus as well as every first time winner of a MESH01 Wear Test challenge received a 100% match of that challenges prize. Pretty awesome right?

But before we announce the winners, here's a recap by the numbers:
  • 11 Challenge Winners with 9 First Time MESH01 Winners
  • 21 MESH01 Wear Test Challenges
  • 117 Registered Members and 37 Submissions
  • Over $27k Paid Out in Prize and Bonus Money
  • 4 Overall MESH01 Code Blitz Winners
Now the Winners!
  1. jan3594 with 12 wins, and $6,850 winnings
  2. shankarkamble with 8 wins and $3,675 in winnings
  3. ForceLogic with 2 wins and $1,875 in winnings
  4. tgkokk with 3 wins and $1,500 in winnings
It ended up being a huge success there was even a really close race for 2nd place that came down to the final weekend to break the tie. At the end of the day however, jan3594 really ran away with the competition, taking 1st place by more than 2,000 points over 2nd place winner shankarkamble. Not a bad month for a challenge series! Let's too give credit to ForceLogic and tgkokk for coming in 3rd and 4th respectively.

Check out the final leaderboard below and also give a big congrats to all 9 who won their first challenge in the MESH01 Wear Test series, and a big thanks to callmekatootie who helped in judging and admin'ing this whole extravaganza with us.

  1. I had the opportunity of reviewing some of these challenges and was blown away by the lightning speed with which CloudSpokers worked. A special shout out to Jan & Shankar who went almost head to head on several challenges! Great work guys!
